2024 Christmas Coma by Messina 

You'll want to get in quick on this as these beauties are always a sell-out. Back for another year, the Messina Christmas Coma is made from Strawberry marsala jelly, lemon curd, strawberry gel, strawberry roullade, cream cheese chantilly, lemon custard gelato, strawberry sorbet and vanilla meringue and feeds 20-30. In delicious news, your trifle also comes with a 1l bottle of Messina brandy custard.

Humble Bakery x Ester Spirits Christmas Cake 

Sydney is packed with homegrown brands boasting world-class skill. This Chrissie, two of our favourites — Humble Bakery and Ester Spirits — have teamed up to craft the ultimate Christmas cake. You can expect all the usual mixed dried fruit, glacè cherries and pitted date goodness of your standard Chrissie cake but in this iteration, they're soaked in Ester's spiced rum (winner of the World's Best Spiced Cane Spirit at the World Rum Awards 2024!).

Wildly talented pastry chef Rhiann Mead has you covered for swish table favours this Chrissie. Crafted for The Charles, these limited-edition beauties come filled with five delicious petit fours — a rocky road mendjant, passionfruit and mango pavlova, a gingerbread man, spice clementine and a hazelnut rocher.

Sonoma Bakery x Icebergs

Sonoma Bakery x Icebergs Panettone 

For the fifth year in a row, Sonoma and Icebergs will be releasing their beloved Chrissie panettone. This year, this traditional Christmas treat is made from a rich dark chocolate dough and filled with Italian Marasche cherries and, of course, a sugar crust.

Continental Deli

Continental Deli Christmas Cake in a Can 

Our favourite cannery, Continental Deli, has just levelled up your Chrissie game with their new Christmas pud and custard in a can. Using her great-grandmother's family recipe, pastry chef Lauren Eldridge has well and truly outdone herself.

Frenchies Bakery & Pâtisserie

If you're not one for Christmas pud or panettone, it might be time to get aboard the Yule log train. Leave it to the pros with Frenchies Bakery & Pâtisserie, led by Michelin-trained Pastry Chef Celine Vendeville. Her pistachio and raspberry yule log and vanilla pecan yule log are both available for order in multiple sizes — individual, four, six to eight and 10 to 12-person servings. Frenchies will also have their popular homemade mince pies and festive babka available to order if you fancy options.
