As for the menu, it’s go at your own pace, too, with the opportunity to nibble on more of the dishes you love. With a generous High Tea spread, there's something to satisfy every craving, whether you have a sweet tooth or your tastes sway more to the savoury side.

A highlight of the extensive winter menu is the generous use of Sheraton’s exquisite urban honey. Sourced directly from the rooftop (level five of the Sheraton Grand Sydney Hyde Park is home to two sustainably-built beehives housing over 12,000 bees who feast on the flowers of Hyde Park), you're as close to the source as can be. 

Aiming to reduce their supply chain carbon emissions, Sheraton’s rooftop bees are just one way in which the hotel is making moves towards a zero-food mileage approach. 

The Signature High Tea Buffet offers plenty of opportunities to sample the exquisite honey, starting with the savoury portion of the feast which features both hot and cold options.

Kick things off with crispy chicken karaage drizzled with Sheraton honey and sesame sauce before moving on to yuzu honey glazed smoked duck paired with a rocket and roasted pear salad.

As for desserts, you'll be spoiled for choice, with passionfruit éclairs and mini pavlovas topped with fresh berries and Sheraton Grand Sydney Hyde Park honey in endless supply. There is also a sophisticated - and impressive - showcase of cakes (think Lamingtons, Honey Almond Cake and Victoria Sponge Cake) to choose from.

The standout of the indulgent feast? Sheraton's beloved chocolate fountain, which remains the place to be for chocolate lovers of all ages - and it's accompanied by all the delectable dippable delights you could ever dream of.

Coffee and a selection of teas come part and parcel with the High Tea Buffet, but we recommend adding on an endless flow of sparkling wine to make the experience all the more luxurious.

The Signature High Tea Buffet is available every Saturday from 11:30 am to 3:30 pm.

The Signature High Tea Buffet is available for $89 per person and $45 for children aged 4-12 years. For an additional $30 per person, add bottomless sparkling wine.
