Don't Miss This "Fire Feast"-Themed Long Lunch in the Heart of the Kangaroo Valley

Fancy a fire-inspired feast? Look no further than this exclusive long lunch, hosted by luxury event venue Wildwood Kangaroo Valley.
An autumnal event guaranteed to be a feast for all the senses, the Wildood Kangaroo Valley has partnered with Queensland's Terra Firma to celebrate local community and cuisine.
Taking place across two days - Saturday, May 18 and Sunday, May 19 - guests will enjoy a multi-course menu that showcases the region's diverse range of produce, including fresh meat, seafood and locally sourced fruit and vegetables.
If that isn't luxe enough, the meal has been expertly matched with carefully selected wines and beers from Kangaroo Valley Fine Wines & Craft Ales.
Seated at long tables, among towering trees and breathtaking valley views, guests will be encouraged to make conversation and connect with each other as they feast.
And what a feast it will be.
Enjoy the sights, smells and flavours of open-fire cooking (the perfect way to eat in autumn, if you ask us) in the lush surroundings, with the menu filled with Argentinian Asado-inspired flavours.
Think fire canapes of Black Angus and baby octopus, whole local lamb al Asador, hug chicken and whole fish on the log, to name just a few of the items on the menu.
Matching condiments will also be supplied by Angie's Food, a Kangaroo Valley-based business that works directly with local farmers to create delicious products.
A jazz quartet will also be there to entertain, and tables will be decorated with arrangements from Wattlewood Florals.
It's also a kid-friendly event, with children able to have an immersive experience of their own while you relax and enjoy your long lunch. They'll be taken on a tour of some of Wildwood's most magical spots, and taken on a bush tucker walk, before preparing for a corroboree and taking part in ochre face painting.
Plus, a tree will be planted for every ticket to the Wildwood x Terra Firma long lunch.
The Long Lunch events begin at noon and conclude at 4:30 pm on Saturday, May 18 and Sunday, May 19.
